Describe the issue

Hello

Describe your network setup

i do not remenber my password for my nucleus and i don't nknow how to change it, so i can not Connect to my roon

There is no password for your Nucleus. There is a password for your Roon account though that you can reset should you have forgotten your password. See: https://account.roon.app

PS: But do you need to do that, you could login just fine here on the forum, it seems?

Post was via email I think

Hello @Pierre_Masse

Thank you for reaching Roon support. Before resetting the password, you can check your current one while logged in to the community, as the password may be stored in your password manager.

Based on the browser used, it may have different locations, but here is the article for Chrome. In most cases, this should be applicable for most browsers.

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, select Profile Profile and then Passwords Passwords|autox18.
  • If there’s no Passwords icon, at the top right, select More More and then Passwords and autofill and then Google Password Manager.
  1. Show:
    1. Under “Passwords,” select the password.
    2. On the right of your password, select Show password Preview.

If you are unable to restore or find your password, please let us know here, and we will involve our accounts team to assist you.

Hi @Pierre_Masse,

Diagnostics show recent logins to your Roon account associated with the machine in question. Are we correct in assuming that you’re all set?

This thread will remain open for a few days in case you require further support, but it will auto-close without any new response from the OP. We’re here in case anything comes up in the meantime. Thanks!
