  1. You are using the Roon ARC app away from home, and what mobile phone and its operating system you have?

  2. You have synchronized your Roon database with ARC at home on your mobile phone via WiFi before you use it on your mobile phone away from home?

Specifically:

  1. What exactly are you trying to do, and what isn’t working?
  2. Are you using Roon ARC or the Roon desktop/mobile app?
  3. If this is ARC:
  • Are you trying to use it away from home?
  • What phone and operating system are you using (iOS / Android)?
  • Have you synced ARC with your Roon Server at home over WiFi at least once?

Once we have these details, we’ll be able to guide you properly.
