How do I use the Mac Roon app with the Keyboard?

(I tried the "How do I..." category, but got only knowledge base articles which did not answer this question at at all. :-( )

And what is your issue? Do you just need a list of supported key commands (Roon Settings {cog wheel}|Keyboard shortcuts)?
