Description of Issue

A client has multiple homes with a Roon Nucleus Plus at each. He and his family are often needing concurrent use of their music systems, without having to disconnect one for another. How to achieve this please? Many thanks. George, Loud & Clear Glasgow.

Your client needs to purchase additional licenses for concurrent usage.

They should use the Contact form on the Roon Labs website (the Contact link is at the bottom right of the Home web page).

Then answer the relevant questions, e.g.:

Make sure they purchase a second subscription on the same account, not a second account.
