Using tags and playlist with tags that are in the files

Hi,
how can I use information that are in tags of my music files (e.g. the RATING in FLAC files) in order to create my tags and playlists?

You can add fields in your files called ROONALBUMTAG & ROONTRACKTAG, which Roon will then pick up and auto apply as appropriate. See FAQ.

Thank you for the tip how to introduce additional tags from the files.
In my case I already can see that Roon recognized a field in the FLAC files called RATING which is already populated with values.
How can I use this field for tagging and filtering? This field is not getting displayed to me like e.g. composers or performers.
