Description Of Issue

I’ve had the unit for about a month and it is the revised Nucleus + and all has been working fine till this morning when I opened the app and it said an update is required. I went to connect and then it either gives an error or just spins the wheel and nothing happens. I reinstalled the software via the online browser and yet it still does the same thing.

Hi @Jason_Simpson,

Please try giving the Nucleus a reboot and it should update for you. The team just resolved an issue with the update process, so things should be working now.
