When will I be able to see the full playback history of the tracks?

Sure, but Roon Remote only works from home and not in the car or on holidays…
Can you clarify if by “full playback history” you mean the playback history of ARC, or the playback history of all your endpoints?
The history in Roon Remote includes ARC playback history and is presumable part of the Roon database on the core. Having a history of all endpoints in ARC would probably not be in line with the philosophy of ARC. From the ARC FAQ:
There’s deliberately not much data stored within ARC itself. Your Core remains the brains of the operation so that ARC can remain as lightweight, and nimble as possible.
