Description of Issue

I have two Sonos connect Gen 1 in one Zone. In the Roon App I can change the vol for each Sonos individually and for the group. That works as expected.

When I use the vol +/- buttons on the iPhone to control the group volume, only one of the two Sonos devices changes vol. even though the small pop up window says ‘group +’ or ‘group - ‘ when using iPhone vol controls.

Did not find any settings to fix it.

Thanks for taking the time to write in, and thanks for your patience while our team works through each issue.

Following up here:

1. Can you test out or confirm that “Change with Buttons” is enabled in Sounds & Haptics just to help reduce that variable for our team.
2. Are you able to adjust the volume of both Sonos devices together if you open Control Center on your lock screen and swipe the volume slider there?
