Volume control issue with Cambridge Evo150 after update (ref#FHXRGJ)

Describe the issue

My Cambridge Evo150 does not allow me to change the volume anymore. I guess (guess) that after an update it started showing the device as "Volume control is fixed" no matter what I setup on settings. I had the same issue some versions ago, it somehow fixed itself but now it is back.

Describe your network setup

Server that is connected via ethernet cable directly to the main router. The receiver (Cambridge Evo150) is wired to a secondary router. Disconnecting the server cable and forcing a wireless connection does not change the behavior. It was all working before with the same network configuration. The main router is one from the Phone Company (Brazilian Vivo) and the secondary routers are a mesh of a provider called Deco.

As a first step, I’d safely stop Roon Server, and then reboot both your server machine as well as your Evo150.

Can you share a timestamp of when you attempt to save a different volume setup option? We’ll enable diagnostics to take a closer look.

Thanks . I have rebooted both and it worked. Apparently the Evo reboot made the trick. Thank you !
