Volume control problems on Cambridge Audio Evo 150

Description of Issue

I have been having problems with the volume control in the Evo 150. Initially it worked great, after a few updates (Roon and the Evo firmware) the volume control in Roon became relative to the actual volume. Meaning if the Evo had a volume of 20, Roon max volume would be 20.

Today it lost all ability to control volume on the Roon App. It says “Volume control is fixed” . I checked that on the device setup “Device volume” is selected.

Any ideas?

I did a factory reset of the Evo 150, as suggested by Cambridge Audio support, and it seems to have fixed the issue.
