Is there a means to provide the same volume level after an album (either on my NAS Drive or thru ROON) is completed via ROON and TIDAL (which is activated after the album is completed) ?

Volume leveling is what your after. You can find it in the first section of device settings for your endpoint. You will alway get some differences due to dynamic range of certain recordings but this will help
