Volume levelling - data missing - can anyone in UK verify?

On new Qobuz releases it seems the data to enable volume levelling is missing on an increasing number e.g. Jesse Ware, Everything but the Girl, etc.
Is there anything Roon can do about it as I think the feature did work very well.

I can only presume he refers to the 0 volume levelling value in Roonā€™s signal path when volume levelling is active.

Iā€™ve noticed it as well with Qobuz.

Quite possibly, but I wanted to be sure :slight_smile:, e.g., because the Roon Mastery series and the KB incorrectly states that a a dynamic range value is shown for streaming albums.

I havenā€™t, except for very new albums where it seems to take a bit occasionally. However, I have a values for all Jesse Ware albums including ā€œThat! Feels Good!ā€ that was released on April 28. As well as ā€œFuseā€ by Everthing But the Girl from April 21

Ah OK. And for what albums exactly are you seeing this? As mentioned, I have proper values for both the latest Jesse Ware and EBtG albums. (Qobuz Germany)

Okay on EBTG Fuse album Iā€™ve got 48kHz 24 bit version on Qobuz. Is that the version you are using?

How long have you been missing it, all the time since the album appeared? Just wondering if you will get the volume info tomorrow or if itā€™s a more protracted issue. You could maybe try Settings > Services > Qobuz > Sync

Kit was being repaired so only had it back since Saturday so not long and is with new releases only. Iā€™m on latest firmware and have synced library info but still not pulling through.
My point being there seems to be more incidences of missing loudness detail than say in previous years so would be interested to hear from Roon on the matter to understand what they can do if anything.

Yeah no idea why I have it for this album and you donā€™t. I barely ever notice missing level info (except sometimes for very new releases for a day or two, but I usually donā€™t jump much on the very latest, so maybe I just donā€™t notice)

Thanks for checking.
Rebooted NUC turned off volume levelling then back on again but still not pulling through.
My volume levelling is set to Auto. Is that same as you have?

Yes, I use Auto both at home and in ARC.

I think my ā€œadjustment when loudness is unknownā€ is set to -5 in my home zone. (Not sure if thereā€™s an option for this in ARC, I canā€™t find it)

Yes the default adjustment is -5dB when unknown.
Anyone in UK that could check if loudness data is pulling through on the new Everything But the Girl album Fuse (48kHz 24 bit version) please?
