Volume ramping up by itself, not device specific!

Description of Issue

Occasionally we get an issue where the volume out of nowhere starts to ramp up and does not stop which as you can imagine is quite disconcerting considering it may cause damage to whatever speakers are being used in that system.

Any insight into what’s causing this would be welcome.

I appreciate you letting us know of this issue you’re experiencing - is this still the case? Is your Nucleus updated to the latest build? Have you noticed a pattern - is this happening when you play local files or streaming? A certain artist? A certain album or a certain file quality?
