Hi @Ken_Davin,

We will be happy to take a look at this with you. Could you please fill in more information regarding your networking gear and setup?

Also, can you give a more verbose explanation of the length of time you’re waiting and the screens you see? In addition to this, if you can give me a date/time example of this happening I will be able to dig into the logs and see what Roon thinks is happening.
