Watched folder albums not showing

Hi Support,

I have reinstalled my laptop OS from Windows 8.1 to Windows Server 2012 R2.
Downloaded and installed Roon then set the watched folder accordingly. Started roon and login to Tidal.
Now only my Tidal albums are showing and none of my watched folders albums. It was showing fine before I reinstalled the OS. All music in the watched folders are .AIFF and .FLAC music files. Please advise what could be wrong, is this a license issue? Thanks

@kaydee6 Are your watched files on a NAS or a local disk?

It’s on a local disk. Is it because I’m running Roon on Windows Server 2012 R2?
