Weird interaction between Roon, VPN, and Quicken

Since the new release of Roon and my purchase of ZoneAlarm’s HotSpot VPN, Quicken (and also File Explorer when expanding a tree) hangs on it’s opening screen on my desktop PC. Only Roon Remote runs there.

Always, as soon as I drop Roon Remote, Quicken continues it’s open. Some times just disconnecting HotSpot also works, but less consistently.

Wondering if anyone else has encountered strange synergies, between any programs, with Roon running on the same PC…

Roon can have issues with VPNs running on the same machine.

Roon runs fine. It just seems to impact other programs. Is that what you mean,also?

And it’s just with the latest Build, so something new was coded.
