My sincerest apologies for the delay in getting back to you! We have some insanely awesome experts here in the community that I’m happy to see have provided excellent assistance in my latency.
While I see you’ve managed a workaround already, I did want to mention we pulled diagnostics on your account and did see a handful of error messages around your core logs. In the past, we’ve seen this correlate with possible additional copies of local files, causing playback errors.
Is there any chance this could be a factor in your library or setup? If possible, head back into the issue profile and take a look at your settings>storage to review the folders Roon is scanning.
