Western Digital MyCloud NAS issue

I cannot get Roon to recognize my Western Digital MyCloud NAS. Before Roon I was using a free program, mcontrol, which automatically recognizes my NAS and another source such as Tidal. Need help here. Hard to understand why a free app is better at this than Roon!

How are you mounting your NAS in Roon? Generally speaking, you would want to mount your NAS by IP address to ensure reliable communication and then to set the NAS IP address as a reserved IP in your router to ensure that it does not change in the future. You can use these instructions to mount your NAS in Roon, these instructions may help here as well.

Note: Be sure to include your Username and Password for the NAS if you have one set up
