Thanks for this recommendation. Will give it a try as soon as I am in that area. Forschungsbrauerei sounds really promising.
A very tasty Adnams Ale whilst listening to some light jazz on ARC to my JBL GO3.
A relaxing lunchtime in Hamburg
Oh that drink looks tasty indeed!
Have you enjoyed an Aventinus Eisbock yet?
Is it too early for Sex On The Beach? Nah, not on a Friday.
This Sex on the Beach recipe makes a refreshing cocktail of vodka, peach schnapps, cranberry, and orange juice, served over ice, with a slice of orange.
Of course… you mean the extremely concentrated variant, like 12+%Vol? I found it to be a bit too much of a good thing, but the standard Aventinus highly recommended if one likes wheat beer. But as the name suggests, it is rather a beer for the winter season.
Yes that is it. My personal favorite, along with Trappistes Rochefort 10…
Not “Another One Bites The Dust” , I used to love UK Barley Wines in my youth, along with Guinness FES. I am more restrained in my dotage
I just finished cleaning and resleeving my jazz LPs and decided to break out a few I haven’t played in a good long while. First up, John Fumo with Nels Cline on guitar. It is from 1986 and sounds very much of its time. Paired with a cheap red blend. They pair perfectly.
Keith Jarrett - Fort Yawuh (1973) is MUCH better than the Fumo. I look forward to a change in wine as well.
Great pairing!
