You should be able to work out if the Sub is powerful enough when you start doing room measurements.
If the measured bass response drops off markedly below your sub crossover point, then maybe you’ll need more oomph!!

I would eye a Lumin D2 or a T2 if you can find a deal. Very analog sounding, and it’s a one box solution with a digital out in case you feel compelled to experiment with a DAC. Plays wonderfully with Roon.

A calibrated mic, and possibly giving some money to the Home Audio Fidelity peeps if you’re concerned about the REW learning curve might be a better use of ressources than new gear. If you’d like to spend more money on more toys, maybe a Dirac tryout, and then one of the MiniDSP boxes if you like what it does could help you move things forward as well.
