I’m using Express VPN and I know how to tell it to allow an application, I just can’t find the Roon application on my computer. I started looking in my AppData and it looks like it is in there but there are so many which is the one that is actually running?

VPN use is not a supported Roon environment. I am moving the thread to the Tinkering section where others can help.
A search for VPN in the community will probably give the information you need to get going but as
@rugby mentioned the VPN environment isn’t supported by Roon.
