What does skipped mean in the translations tool?

What exactly mans Skipped=True:

It means you hit skip on it

This is not possible. I never hit skip and have many Skipped messages,

For example:

Zrzut ekranu 2021-06-9 o 17.21.502836×530 54.7 KB

Both translations are Skipped=True. I never selected any skipped option. I don’t see such an option. Questions:

  1. Skipped means skipped in version?
  2. How to deselect skipped?
  3. How to select skipped=true for tranaslation

i looked at the code… that skipped just means someone skipped them
