I have a Nucleus Rev. A with installed SSDs running the latest version of Roon for my library. Every time I import a multi-disc CD “album”, the first disc stores with full metadata, but the rest are all “unidentified” with metadata and track names grayed out. How can I correct this – both to populate the metadata properly for the grayed out discs already ripped, and for future imports? It’s just not intuitive in the Roon app. Thanks!
Use some tagging program like mp3tag. For multi-disc albums, assign them disc numbers, the same artist, and the same album title. Roon should then properly merge these albums into one multi-disc.
Merge the individual discs:
