I use Tidal predominantly via Roon but can do using MConnect and the Cambridge Audio native app. Rarely if ever the Tidal app direct
I assume Tidal uses these plays to determine the algorithm that suggests MyMix etc.
Does anyone now what contributes, is it the Tidal app only, any track based on my login or anything in between ?
I’m not sure this will answer your question but I think Tidal has full access to what is played on Tidal through Roon.
I only ever listen to Tidal app in my car now a days (since I also work from home like almost everyone else) but I get relevant mixes and suggestions that could only have been put together from the tracks/albums played through Roon.
