I cant`t find a suitable/acceptable «Network Share Location» on my iPad or Mac mini. I use my library on Apple Music for music playing, but when I write «Apple Music», the Roon app will not accept it. What should I write?

Just to verify, you’re trying to add a folder from your Mac Mini containing your iTunes library to Roon? If so, we have instructions in our Knowledge Base that walk through sharing the folder and adding it in Roon.
