What settings should Yulong DA9 usb dac have?

Settings in what regard? From the specs I could find on that device:
● DoP64 and DoP128 support over SPDIF/Optical/AES
● PCM 384KHz 24bit over SPDIF/Optical/AES
● DoP64, DoP128, Native DSD64/128/256 and PCM 16-32bit, 32-384KHz over USB

For DSD it supports Native and a max bit-rate of 384KHz and Bit Depth of 32-bits. You can set this info in Roon Settings -> Audio -> Cogwheel Icon next to Zone -> Device Setup. As for any DSP settings you want, those are optional and outlined in our DSP Documentation.
