What software do you recommend that writes REPLAYGAIN_REFERENCE_LOUDNESS?

edit: removed the lengthy and unnecessary lead-in to my actual point

What software writes REPLAYGAIN_REFERENCE_LOUDNESS ? It’s not Foobar2000 and it’s not dBpoweramp; two of the commonly used [non-Apple platform] software to manage/rip/tag music.

I wanted to have ReplayGain tags written to match your -14 LUFS but if REPLAYGAIN_REFERENCE_LOUDNESS is not present, they would be interpreted as -18 LUFS. So, I’d just be introducing error. Should I just stick with the -18 LUFS assumption? [? does it matter ?]

Please Advise. What ReplayGain scanner and tag writer do you recommend that writes the REPLAYGAIN_REFERENCE_LOUDNESS Roon uses? Google search returns poor results trying to find software I can download that does it, with a “It looks like there aren’t many great matches for your search” note.

[Second question withdrawn. I figured it out.]

Much Thanx!

I don’t know any software that writes that, but you don’t really need it. If you were to write it, you’d write the same value in every track anyway. Just let Roon use the default for everything.
