Running regular Roon on my iMac. Now that I’m using Nucleus , should I delete the software and run another version?
No, just use it to control Roon on Nucleus.
Simply disconnect from current core [on iMac that you are not using anymore] and then reconnect it to the Nucleus and us it as a remote.

You might want to occasionally use your backup from your Nucleus to do a restore on your iMac to keep it in sync with the Nucleus as a possible “at the ready” backup if ever needed.
