What we are listening to [2021-01 to 2021-03]

As it is, this seems to be true, even if not intended that way. I really think they should revise and adjust the group of trusted beta testers. In due time the apparent faults of this release will be ironed out. For now I have decided to not waste time reading through the hundreds of messages, positive or negative, but mostly inane. And this includes some of the support responses. Just saw that one guy complains that he cannot anymore navigate from a classical album track listing to the related compositions, if he doesn’t have at least two recordings of the composition in his library. He uploaded a screen shot to illustrate his claim. Roon support responds asking for the description of his network setup, endpoints, router, switches, etc. That just makes me angry, so back to music…

This CD is from my collection. The liner notes come automatically…

If you like a bass-heavy full synthesizer sound, this could be the right choice.

I was exploring the new Classical Composers area of Roon. I tried J.S. Bach and this was recommended. Surprisingly I haven’t listened to it before. It’s very good.

Unfortunately not. Don’t have Sky anymore.

Yes, this is very good indeed!
