Some nice tracks, but I decided not to buy the download, which I would always do if I really liked an album…

This is a nice surprise that dropped yesterday. Audio is a bit muddied for a live album but hey, it’s the ■■!

I love this band.
But what makes Roon’s recommendations so utterly disappointing, is why this album wasn’t mentioned there. You would expect it to be there if you have a lot of albums by the band in your library.

Yup. My son told me this album was new on Spotify. So I went to Qobuz, via ROON, to look. It didn’t come up using “Butthole Surfers” or based on my local library, and I ended up finding it by the album’s title.

The algorithms are lacking it seems.
