What's the average time it takes to get a reply from Roon support?

I would vote for that request. Looks logical to me to have such a tool

But no one is forced to use Roon, it’s a research and choose option; and at the price of a CD per month it’s not exactly expensive.

As others mention the flexibility of the software is also its downfall, I started with my core on an old MacBook Pro, then a Mac Mini and now a NUC in a passive cooling case. Others run there’s on machines I have never encountered on a range of operating systems, some with rock solid Ethernet connections and some with Wi-Fi, that’s a huge operating range.

My view would be that they are responsible for the software and we hold the responsibility for the implementation.
