Hello @HyunChan_Lee,

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the forum!

Can you please confirm if the same behavior occurs if you put in a name for the zone (where the empty box is located)?

Can I please ask that you also send me your Roon logs for review by using these instructions? Thanks!

Where can I send it?
I can’t see your email address.

Hello @HyunChan_Lee ,

Thank you again for sending the logs over and for your patience here while we’ve had a chance to review. This error looks similar to an issue we addressed in an update in 1.8, can you please confirm if you are still seeing this behavior on the latest version of Roon?

It looks like your QNAP is the Core in this case and the Windows PC is a Remote, is that correct? If the issue is the same on the latest build, can you please try to reinstall Roon + RAATServer on the PC and let us know if that helps?

You can generate a new RAATServer instance on your device by following these instructions, but please be aware that this will reset your Roon Settings → Audio Tab to factory settings and I would advise making a backup of any custom DSP settings you have:

  • Create a Backup of your current Roon database
  • Exit out of Roon
  • Navigate to your Roon’s Database Location (on the Windows PC, not your QNAP Core)
  • Find the folder that says “RAATServer”
  • Rename the “RAATServer” folder to “RAATServer_old”
  • Find the folder that say “Roon”
  • Rename “Roon” to “Roon_old”
  • Reinstall the latest build of Roon from our Downloads Page
  • Let us know if this resolved the issue

Thanks!
