Description of Issue

I haven’t been using roon for some time and when trying to listen to music today, all my audio devices are gone. I can connect to my core and everything looks normal except for the lack of audio devices. I see and can manage my dCS Vivaldi using the dCS ipad app, and i see and can manage my kitchen radio (pulse flex 2i) using the BlueOS iOS app.

When trying to manage my audio devices, the screen is completely black (see image below). I can’t even see the local usb-ports on the nuc so something is wrong.

Hi @ChristianK, can you try this:

  • Exit out of Roon/Roon Server
  • Navigate to your Roon Database Location - Database\Registry\Core
  • Locate your tidal_account file and delete it
  • Try to start Roon again

Hi @Dylan,
It worked just fine!

Many thanks,
Christian
