I’ve never seen it, but read that there’s a feature called Daily Mix. If it’s supposed to be on the “Home” page, it’s not there

From what I’ve seen in this community, the daily mixes have come and gone a couple of times due to some issues. Right now I can see them for what it’s worth.
Interesting, I also don’t see the New Releases for You section.
For me the Home page starts with Recently Played then Playlists by Roon.
Recent activity being at the top is correct, but then there should be New Releases for You, Daily Mixes, Genres for You, and maybe more. Not sure about the specific order.
I notice that you have just 129 albums and 289 tracks in the library, maybe that’s not yet enough information for Roon to build the recommendations? Or maybe you have used Roon just for a short time? I don’t know but seems possible that it needs more time/information
Yeah for me, I see Recent Artists after Playlists by Roon, then Genres for you.
I am a new user, just ended the trial period and now on the subscription for the first time.

On the other hand, can I get help from an actual employee?
They monitor Support but it will usually be a while until they work through to you 
So no way to get any assistance? Anyone aware of any support channels besides this?
This is the support channel and it will definitely take more than 4 days until the support team gets to you. This is not great but they don’t have enough resources
