Where is listening analysis generated and stored?

Hello,
browsing through the new version, my attention was drawn to the “listening stats”… and being adverse to “big brother” watching, I’d like to understand whether the analysis is made by MY core on my NUC? or is it made by Roon Labs on your servers, and do you therefore own my profile?

See Privacy Policy - Roon Labs … the Software tab. No changes for release 1.8, it seems.

There was some technical information provided previously regarding how “taste profiles” are managed and my guess is that it works similarly for listening stats; stored in the cloud but without a link to your PII by using some kind of anonymized identifier, see:

The listening stats data is held and generated within your Roon Core. It is showing you the same information that has always powered the History page.
