I assume I need a US QWERTY keyboard ?
I ask because the only usb keyboard I have in house is a French (AZERTY) for Mac.
The keyboard will only be useful for installing ROCK, not for operating it. So, I don’t think that the type of keyboard has any relevance.
You will only need it for setting bios options, and hitting a couple of confirm keys during installation.
Do as long as you can press the function keys during boot to get to the bios you should be fine.
So I think any usb keyboard will be fine.
I used my Mac keyboard with no issue.

I recall that only the function keys, TAB and Return keys are actually needed to select options. No typing involved.
That’s good to know, because when I reinstalled macOS on my azerty keyboard MBP, had to find the key mapping to a US qwerty keyboard to start the install.
