White LED unlit. No ability to access the Nucleus via Roon

The speakers are fine and I can play music through the Linn Kazoo app so the Akurate is fine.

Description of Issue

Sorry, I am not techy at all and just enjoy listening to music!

The electricity tripped in our house the other day and since then, I have not been able to access Roon.

The white LED light on the Nucleus is not showing. It has flickered a couple of times when being switched on and off but is now permanently off.

I have a flickering green light to the left of the Ethernet port and a solid amber light to the right of the port.

When I try and access the Roon app through my Android phone or iPad, the Roon logo comes up by nothing happens.

I have rebooted the whole system, including the Wifi, but it has made no difference. I am at a complete loss as to what to do next.

Any assistance would be much appreciated.

Contact the supplier of the unit…it’s a 2 year warranty. You might just scrape in. Sounds like either powersupply gone or corrupted SSD

If purchased from roon then wait for @support to chime in

Being returned to him today.
