The white window has happened in the past with Intel integrated graphics in the PC. What graphics does your w10 machine have?

I run just the core on my PC.The white window it is on all my control devices(Mac Book Air,IPad)

You didn’t mention them in your equipment. A fuller explanation of what you see, when would help.
Make sure any Firewall or Antivirus software is allowing Roon and RAATServer through.
Firewall and Antivirus disabled, no changes.
