So I’ve decided to insert a tube power amp in between my Cambridge Audio CXA61 and Totem Hawks. Looking around I think my likely price range is between $500 and $2k to cover both channels.
My last kit included 2 Cary Audio 50 watt monoblocs, that I think cost about $2,500. I loved them but lost them. Oh well. Moving on…
Who loves what? I’m really mostly interested in tubes, but would like to hear about anything that ppl really like.
