I’m trying to clean up my Library to re - import into my Nucleus. As it stands, my library is a mess, my fault.
When I click on “tracks” in ROON, in my library, I get things Like Aguilera, etc, which I never imported. Some other artists I have never heard of.

One possibility:
I don’t think there was ever a case where Roon added something on its own.
Yes there was in the early days of Tidal with Roon when you added it to your account , it gave an option to add recommended music based on your imported library. They ditched it as it caused all sorts of issues with people not realising. I forgot to do it and took ages to clean it all out. Don’t remember when they stopped it but it’s many years ago now.
OK, before my time, but anyway not in recent memory 
It lives on in mine.
I would look at the Albums it came from, maybe some compilation that added them in?
Did you add an internal drive for you music and formatted it using the Nucleus UI?
