I find it a bit annoying having to move my mouse all over the place on my screen to make various selections in Roon. In particular, playing something from the album list requires 3 clicks and movement from the album, up to the top of screen, and back to the middle of the screen.
Another thing I wonder about is why Roon doenst use location specific pop up/selection boxes everywhere. Its used in some place like in the detailed album view the 3 dot button brings up a seletion menu right there (first image below). Why doesnt Roon use this same approach with the Zone selection and volume on the bottom now playing bar? Now I have to move my mouse from those items to the middle of the screen (second image below).
Minor annoyances that takes away from the overall Roon user experience. I use Roon all day long (I work from home) so this little annoyance adds up. Maybe this is only relevant to power users like me.
