@support (on the roon ios app) I add a Qobuz release to my library. Great. It gets added. Next time I see the same release in Qobuz, say when I am browsing Qobuz New Releases, it still has the “Add to Library” button next to it. Why? It confuses me. It makes me think I haven’t added something, when I have.
It’s just weirdness in how Roon tracks streaming content vs library content.
The best way I can explain it is, when you’re looking at Qobuz new releases you’re looking at the Qobuz version. When you look in your library, you’re looking at the library version which happens to be sourced from Qobuz.
It’s confusing, lots of people bring it up, and it seems as though Roon is aware of it and may do something to reduce that confusion in the future. But as of today, that’s just how it is.
I hope they change it. As it stands it makes you feel that “Add to Library” doesn’t work.

Even stranger, the “Add To Library” button is also show under Qobuz > My Qobuz > Favorite Albums > Album details.
