Why does Roon show in the signal path twice the Halo Audio Red

Cyan 2 DAC does not appear and Red is connected through I2S and not USB as shown.

ROXK connected to switch, UpTone EtherREGEN, RED and then Cyan_2.

Then it can not appear as I2S is unidirectional. This also means that, as seen by Roon, the Holo Audio Red also terminates the audio stream - a likely reason why he shows double (second time as stand-in for the DAC).
