This is annoying

I have qobuz subscription active in roon.

On qobuz app song is there, but not on roon

What is up with this, whats the issue roon

Hi @Garyy_Hush ,

What is the song? If it is a recent release then it can take a few days for Qobuz and Roon to synchronise. That has always been so as the metadata for Roon is provided in batches and not in real time.

In the meantime, listen to any new release in Qobuz until it appears in Roon.

If you want to access it immediately in Roon without waiting for database synchronization, favorite the album or track in the Qobuz app, and find it in Roon under Qobuz favorites.

  1. Favorite the album or track in the Qobuz app.
  2. In Roon, select Qobuz in the main menu, and refresh it (circular arrow icon at the top).
  3. Open the My Qobuz tab (on a phone, you have to scroll the tab bar sideways to see the My Qobuz tab).
  4. You should find what you favorited under Favorite Albums or Favorite Tracks.
