While I enjoy the forum and I have improved in my search skills to find an answer, I would really prefer to make my support requests private. There are plenty of well-meaning and helpful users on the forum but man, it can be a drag to reads dozens of posts before coming to one that offers a solution.
Perhaps Roon needs to start a Support Only Category in the Community- or - only allow certain veteran users with established track records of pleasantly posting pertinent info to respond to an ask for help.
