Can you please provide a screenshot of what you are clicking and specify exactly “what” is being disconnected? Some further insight would be greatly appreciated!

UPDATE: A bug was identified by our tech team and a ticket has been opened in our system to track/investigate this behavior. While I cannot comment on when a fix for this issue will go live, I will be sure to update this thread accordingly once the team shares their progress with me.

May I ask that you please describe your current setup so we can better understand what you’re experiencing? Be sure to include your network topology as well, including all networking hardware.

So we can gain some more insight here, please verify the following:

  • When you click the signal path icon, what exactly do you experience? Does the music stop playing? Does Roon crash?
  • Does this happen when playing to all endpoints?
  • If you use a different remote does the same behavior occur?

I spoke with the team about this, and we are hoping to get a little more info:

  • Can you switch to English language and take a screenshot of the signal path so we can see what settings are in use?
  • Does this behavior occur for all zones?

I have enabled diagnostics on your account so we can get some more information. The next time you start Roon on your Core machine the report should be uploaded to us and I’ll pass it along to the team.

  • Please provide a screenshot of the signal path with English language settings enabled.
  • Please confirm if this happens for all zones.

you never fixed the application in the iphone

you did not update the ROON application for iphone, ipad, because there is an error
