WiiM Pro unable to start playback on Roon (ref#UI3E4U)

Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

· None of the above quite fits

Tell us what's going on

· My WiiM Pro dosent connect to roon it shows up in other devices and not in the Roon certifited. Roonn sees it but when I try to play a song it dosent start the song. Roon works on my other devices though.

· Xfiniter internet. It works with all my other devices but not the WIIM

Welcome back to the forum. Have you checked whether your WiiM device is running the latest firmware? Please also try performing a full reboot of your Roon Server, networking equipment, and WiiM. This can often resolve connectivity issues.
