Will I have to reconfigure if I turn my Pi off?

I have to travel for a living. Leaving my Pi on while I’m gone isn’t an option. I understand that RoPieee runs entirely in RAM. Does that mean that every time I turn my Pi off I’m starting from square one when I turn it on again?

No, you haven’t. You keep the flashed micro SD card with RoPieee in the Pi, and when you turn it on again, on booting the system reads the necessary components into the RAM. You can turn off the Pi as often as necessary, while the micro SD card doesn’t get damaged.

Awesome, thanks!

To avoid corrupting the SD card, be sure to properly shutdown the RoPieee before unplugging the power. The shutdown button can be found at the bottom of the Advanced tab of the RoPieee’s web interface.
