Welcome to the forum! Are you able to play TIDAL content from the TIDAL web player (listen.TIDAL.com) on this PC? Is there any change in behavior if you try to reboot your Core or log out and back into TIDAL via Roon? What error messages are displayed?
Hi Noris. I can play TIDAL from the app and web player - however I have a second gmail account which will not play from the web ( and is not subscribed to TIDAL). I suspect that when initiating play through Roon it is defaulting to the wrong Gmail account (At least its a theory ?). If so any idea how to dissociate the unsubscribed Gmail account from TIDAL or the ROON process? Error message is roughly “this track is unavailable form TIDAL”. Many thanks for any suggestions…
