As per thread title, found a new version and thought I’d try it for the afternoon. Good Memories.
Remember this skin all too well… and the 128kb mp3’s
Or ‘CD quality’ mp3s as they were always referred to. Even through crummy PC speakers this was clearly never the case. I used to rip music @256kbps as I couldn’t tell the difference through the PC speakers and was fine for iPod use back then.
Did you have to crank it to get it started?
There is that. But, this is a “newish” version available on the Winamp website. From what I read on the WinAmp website, they are working on a completely updated (?) version.
Our teams are currently working hard on Winamp with the intention to make it a player of today while preserving what makes it so special. In other words, a complete listening experience. Therefore, we can say it: no llama’s will be hurt in the process but it’s going to whip some @$$e$!
Check it out: https://www.winamp.com/
Does it say “it really whips the llamas ass?” When loading?
It wouldn’t be Winamp if it didn’t
